Getting Organized

For some reason, it has taken me a while to realize that I could organize the images in my gallery. So I started. I know from experience that most of my images fall into one of only several categories. I almost never shoot sports, for example, but I often shoot urban and rural decay.

The simple step of organizing helps me feel as if I'm mastering this new environment.

I'm an avid and constant photographer, who spent a lifetime selling words. I know how the marketplace gets inside your head. As a result, I decided not to sell any images. Instead, I give them away.

HOW TO USE MY IMAGES
Anyone can use any image in any way that they like. Although I put most in the Photography category, consider them all as stock. I'd appreciate attribution if it's easy to do, and I love seeing how someone else uses my images.

I look forward to learning my way around DA.

Whereabouts are you? I live in Boxborough, just west of Acton and Concord. Thanks for checking out my images. Most of my photos are on flickr, where I'm plain Muffet, because I found it long before I discovered DA. Still learning my way around here.

Thanks. I made you a contact on flickr, where I have thousands of images. They are all free for anyone to use (except images showing recognizeable people). I have a set on flickr called Imagined Images, where I post most of my composites. You might enjoy seeing them.

I have some textures in a group here called Best Textures, but I'm in so many groups on flickr that I didn't want to join more here unless someone specifically invites me.
